Direct Billing Policy at WELLNESS PARK

  • At Wellness Park, Direct Billing is always available.

  • You are required to pay full amount of the treatment cost if your insurance coverage has been maxed out,  declined, or terminated. 

  • Once the submission comes back with Pending/for Review, you are required to pay full amount as we do  not receive the answer from your insurance company. However, we will provide you with the invoice so that you can claim from your end. Usually, insurance company will pay back to you directly in 1-5 business days.

  • We do not direct bill to the Secondary Insurance.
